I was 'fired' because I bruised my fragile white boss's ego and then left with no pay for the last 2 months before firing. I pursued them a lot but I was absolutely paid no attention to. Thereafter, I left a message in all the clients group of our 40 clients telling them his behaviour including hooking up with one of our employees and firing her ass too.

My manager scheduled a 'quick sync' at 5:30 PM on a Friday. I didn't join. I just deleted my Slack account, mailed my laptop back in a pizza box, and blocked his number. I'm currently on a beach in Thailand. Best promotion I ever got.

They asked me to create a 'Roadmap for Success' for the person replacing me after they refused my raise. My roadmap was just a single PDF page with a Google Maps link to the nearest bridge.

Found out the 'Summer Friday' policy only applied to the C-suite. I spent the rest of the day setting up an automated email rule that forwards every internal memo to a junk mail filter called 'Useless Noise'. Walked out at 4:59. Never going back.
